We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you regarding but not
limited to:
Reminders of up-coming stays, tours & tastings that you have booked with us
Automatic confirmation of bookings on tours, tastings immediately after booking
Automatic confirmation of goods bought online
Request for volunteers during harvest season

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a server which is secured by a third party.
We keep your personal contact details, addresses for 12 months. We will then dispose your
information by deleting this from our server.
We keep email addresses for 24 months if no contact has been received and dispose of this
by deleting your address from our contact’s list.
Website user statistics are non-identifying. These are automatically deleted from the
website analytics server after 12 months rolling.
