Our superb award winning sparkling Dalesman is a delight. Forgive us for blowing our own trumpet but this sparkling is perfect. We serve it on special occasions with salty smoked salmon, it is worth waiting for the two year ferment it takes to produce. Light and medium dry and fruity enough to make a Yorkshireman blush.
