Miss Sheila's Cider - Our bottle finished co-ferment cider. Our heritages apples are made into a dry cider which is then co-fermented with our Pinot Noir grapes, giving the perfect wine drinkers cider. Lightly sparkling. A delicious dry blush sparkling co-fermented heritage apple cider with our hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes. Second stage fermentation continues in the bottle until completion. Pour gently as bottles do contain a yeast layer in the base. Serve well chilled.
